Director of Finance & Controller

WYES is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the responsibly of the Controller. The individual must be a CPA or have a Masters Degree. A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible work experience is a must. Duties include but are not limited to Supervision of the Accounting and Personnel departments, preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow analysis, preparation of annual budgets, working with the president, Finance Committee and Board on financial matters. A working knowledge of Financial reporting, Payroll, grant reporting, supervision of staff and tax preparation a must. Non-profit experience helpful. Incumbent to be detail oriented and accurate in performing work and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, and communications skills, experience with Sage ACCPAC accounting software a plus!
