Chef won for her apple brandy spiced ganache served on a candied rose petal and topped with a dried cherry and toasted almond. The contest selected by the staff of Louisiana Cookin’ magazine  chose the best chocolate confection exhibited during the WYES CHOCOLATE SUNDAY 2014!
