We saw more skirmishing in the newspaper war this week. The Advocate continued its move into the market and The Times-Picayune played defense. We’ll investigate. We’ll also look at Bobby Jindal’s use of the veto and at the local impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling on gay marriages. We’ll also discuss the historic role of some black ministers in trying to keep the peace.
Taking up all that are tonight’s Informed Sources:

  • Errol Laborde, Producer, Informed Sources.
  • From Baton Rouge, John Maginnis, Publisher, La Politics.
  • Norman Robinson, News anchor, WDSU TV., Ch. 6
  • Kevin Allman, Editor, Gambit Newspaper.
  • Larry Lorenz, Host
