 When will I start receiving my program guide?
Your subscription to Dial12, which is located in the back
of New Orleans Magazine will begin two months after you contribute.
You will receive a one-year subscription.
How long is my MemberCard good for? How often can I use it?
Your MemberCard is valid for
one year. You may use your MemberCard from the month you
begin or renew your membership.
Your MemberCard may be used once at each participating
restaurant.
When will I receive my thank you gift?
Many times thank you gifts are offered at certain membership
levels. Thank you gifts are normally sent out
within 4-6 weeks after your membership pledge is paid
in full.
Is my contribution to WYES tax deductible?
All contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.
Contributions must be reduced by the fairmarket value
of gifts of appreciation received.

WYES Membership Department representative.
How do I renew my WYES membership?
Membership renewal reminders are sent out three months
prior to your membership expiration date. You can either
renew on-line, mail in your renewal or call the Membership
Dept.
REMINDER: Renewing your WYES membership early will not
affect your membership expiration date.
What payment methods does WYES accept?
Cash, check, money order or credit card
(Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) are all
acceptable forms of payment.
Do I have to pay my membership dues all at once?
No. You may set up an installment plan if you would like.
Also, you can join the Automatic Contribution Program
where your gift is automatically and electronically transferred
each month from your checking account to WYES.
How can I give a WYES membership to a friend or family member?
You can give the gift of public television in someone's
name by contacting the WYES Membership Department at
(504) 486-5511 or use our on-line
form.
Does
WYES accept "matching gifts"?
YES! Many corporations match their employees' charitable contributions.
