The cookbook has a total of 252 recipes from Chef Leah Chase and the next generation of her family: her grandson Edgar “Dook” Chase IV, the restaurant’s executive chef; her niece Chef Cleo Robinson and her great-granddaughter Chef Zoe Chase. Paired with some of the menus are specialty cocktails crafted by Leah’s granddaughter Eve Marie Haydel, who has updated drink recipes from the restaurant’s earlier days.
