Originally released in 1990 by Chef Leah Chase, this new cookbook has been revised with all 81 recipes, including the cocktail recipes, from the WYES cooking series THE DOOKY CHASE KITCHEN: LEAH’S LEGACY. The cookbook has a total of 252 recipes from Chef Leah Chase and the next generation of her family: her grandson Edgar “Dook” Chase IV, the restaurant’s executive chef; her niece Chef Cleo Robinson and her great-granddaughter Chef Zoe Chase. Paired with some of the menus are specialty cocktails crafted by Leah’s granddaughter Eve Marie Haydel, who has updated drink recipes from the restaurant’s earlier days.
BONUS – the cookbook is autographed by Chef “Dook” Chase.
